 Pioneer Air Mail Flights in Arkansas Minimize
There were 'Pioneer" airmail flights conducted at Fort Smith in 1911 and Hot Springs in 1912.  These were publicity stunts, but mail was carried by plane, and the cancelled items are part of any 20th Century Arkansas Postal History collection.
